Prosecco Millesimato Doc Brut

Prosecco Millesimato Doc Brut

At The Vineyard

Prosecco Brut Bosco del Merlo is made from Glera and Pinot Grigio grapes which, having reached the correct technological maturity, are harvested to keep the freshness as much as possible.

Prosecco is the son of the passion for things done well. It takes attention, care and an excellent raw material, fragrant, crunchy and with the right acidity. For this vintage we choose our best grapes and treat them with every care. Fermentation for the second fermentation takes place at 13°C, with the typical Martinotti method, giving life to a subtle, pleasant and soft perlage and a delicate and characteristic perfume.

Tasting

This wine is characterised by a bright straw yellow colour, a typically fruity scent with floral nuances and the characteristic notes of apple and pear. The flavour is dry, dry and persistent, with a beautiful elegance and pleasantness.

Plus

Lively freshness, right flavour and minerality. A dress of charm, ambassador of Italy in the world.
